A Customized Cornhole Game Can Be A Favorite At Your Neighborhood Carnival

This last summer our neighborhood held a fund raising carnival for a resident who has been through some really difficult times over the last couple of years. The carnival was our way of helping her get a leg up on life. We had food, candy and drinks donated by a local grocery store. We had bounce houses donated by a local business owner. There were clowns, horseback riding and fun games with prizes. One of the more popular games involved a customized cornhole board. It was mostly a game that the kids played, but we were able to take the customized cornhole board and make an education out of it. We wanted the children to learn what it would be like to live a life with a serious disability.
The customized cornhole game was the favorite game among the children. The younger they were, the closer they stood. Even the teenagers had a lot of fun trying to lob the corn-filled bags from a long distance. When a participant made a shot, they got a prize and they were over the moon.
The game continued to be a favorite, even when the rain showed up and chased everyone inside the facility. Click here for more information.
