It was a great experience working with the staff to get our Custom Boards designed. Always very courteous and prompt. 5star Customer service here. During the design process they made sure we were happy with what was going to be manufactured for us. It took about 1.5 weeks from final approval to arrival. They packaged the boards really well. They arrived in perfect condition. Very sturdy set too. High quality woods used. The bags are also great materials. Only thing I see they can improve on, some sort of protective sealer or coating over the final product/print. After our first use you can see scuff marks on the solid colors in some areas from where the bean bags landed. Besides that our family is happy with them and we will be a returning customer. Thanks again and look forward to our next purchase!

Damaged Packages
Occasionally packages are damaged in transit and must be replaced. We must be notified of a damaged package within 5 business days of receiving the package. We will handle the pickup of the damaged package and ship a replacement product.

All of our cornhole bags are guaranteed for 30 days after date of purchase. If you should have a bag break, just return the empty cornhole bag (without corn) that was defective and we will ship you a new one within 1 week of receiving it.
