Quality materials, regulation-size construction, and thoughtful details designed for reliable play.
A good cornhole board should feel solid, play consistently, and stand up to years of backyard games, weddings, tailgates, and special events. That’s why we pay close attention to the materials, dimensions, and finishing details that go into every Custom Cornhole set.
Regulation-Size Design
Our full-size boards measure 24 by 48 inches and feature a 6-inch hole centered 9 inches from the top of the playing surface. The front stands approximately 4 inches off the ground, while the back measures approximately 12 inches high.
These proportions create the familiar angle and playing distance expected from a regulation-size cornhole board.
Cabinet-Grade Birch Playing Surface
We construct our playing surfaces from ½-inch cabinet-grade birch plywood. Birch provides a smooth, consistent surface for both gameplay and custom artwork.
Unlike thin or lightweight recreational boards, our sets are designed to provide a substantial playing experience while remaining manageable to transport and store.
Retractable Legs
Each board includes retractable legs, allowing the set to store more compactly and travel more easily. Whether you’re taking your boards to a family gathering, wedding, company event, or tailgate, the folding design helps make setup and transportation straightforward.
Protected Custom Artwork
Our customized boards receive multiple layers of polyurethane to help protect the artwork and playing surface. This protective finish gives the design a clean appearance while helping it withstand regular play.
As with any wood product, proper storage and care will help extend the life of your boards.

Cornhole Bags for Different Styles of Play
Our traditional bags are made from durable duck-cloth canvas, measure approximately 6 by 6 inches, and weigh between 15 and 16 ounces. Traditional bags are filled with whole corn kernels.
We also offer all-weather bags filled with resin pellets. These are a practical choice for players who want added resistance to moisture, pests, and long-term storage conditions.

Quality You Can See
From the birch playing surface to the retractable legs and protective finish, every detail is selected to create a board that looks good, plays consistently, and is easy to enjoy.
We invite you to compare the materials, construction, and finishing details when choosing your next cornhole set.
