Made to Fit Regulation Cornhole Boards

Each custom wrap measures exactly 24″ × 48″ and is designed to cover the entire playing surface of a regulation-size cornhole board. The full-size, edge-to-edge format provides a clean professional appearance without leaving the underlying board surface exposed.

The cornhole hole is intentionally not pre-cut into the wrap. This makes it easier to align and install the vinyl correctly. Once the wrap has been applied, the 6″ hole can be carefully cut out using a sharp utility knife.

Premium Printing for Brilliant Results

Your artwork is printed on high-quality 3M vinyl using Eco-Sol inks and TrueVIS printing technology. The result is rich detail, vivid color and a professional finish designed to make your cornhole boards stand out.

The vinyl features Rapid Air technology to help release trapped air during application, reducing bubbles and making installation easier.

Laminated or Unlaminated?

Laminated wraps are highly recommended. Lamination provides additional protection, extends the life of the printed design and makes the vinyl easier to install. Laminated wraps do not require a clear coat, although adding one or two coats can provide extra protection and help create a smooth playing surface.

Unlaminated wraps arrive as raw printed decals and require a protective clear coat after installation.

Designed for Easier Installation

The cornhole holes are intentionally not pre-cut. Leaving the vinyl intact makes it easier to position and apply each wrap correctly. Once installed, the hole can be carefully cut out using a sharp utility knife.

An optional application squeegee is also available. This small, flat tool helps smooth the vinyl onto the board and push out trapped air during installation.

How to Order

1. Upload your logo, photograph or primary artwork file.
2. Upload a second file if your design requires one.
3. Describe the layout, colors and other details you would like.
4. Choose a laminated or unlaminated finish.
5. Add an application squeegee if needed.
6. Review and approve your digital proof before printing begins.

Artwork Recommendations

For the sharpest possible print, upload the highest-quality files available. Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or scalable PDF is preferred. High-resolution PNG, JPEG and Photoshop files may also be accepted when they are large enough for full-size printing.
